I went paintballing on sunday for a belated birthday party (well, I was at a SOS gig on my birthday

)
I went with 9 friends, and coz it was my b'day, one the day had finished, they got to line up and i had to run away, on the marshall's whistle, they opened fire on me and fuck did it hurt. I got hit on the back (see below), the calves, and on the ass.
Here is a pic of my back "OUCH!"

I apologise for the not so pretty figure that I have, "love handles" and all that.
