I'm Lynn. I did t-shirts for them last year in the UK and and bumble around with them when I get chance, they're sweeties. Just got back from a few dates in Finland with them, and I'm doing most of the European tour as friends have a lot of the support slots over there.

But the no alcohol thing is a running joke already and we are more than making up for them.

So I'm glad to hear Save Ourselves will be in the bar; thought I was going to be there on my own this tour!

Seriously - TR off the booze??!?!?! I was hoping to buy them a pint of the black stuff to make up for them not coming over to Ireland. Ah well , anyone else for a pint of guinness?? my round!!

Do we get kicked out after the show (@ The Garage Glasgow) or can you stay in the bar afterwards?

I was at brighton last night and save ourselves were wicked lol, probably a little heavy for most of the rasmus fans there but i enjoyed it!

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHhh tonight's gig was lush!!!

Save Ourselves kicked ass, and I left feeling surprisingly impressed somewhat with the Rasmus. hmmmmm

Oh and even though i didn't meet them properly I did watch Laurie through their dressing room door playing something lovely and acoustic on his guitar. bless.

Best bit of the night was Luke trashing Si's drums....yet again haha!!! He has a lovely scratch up all his back to show for it. I did take some pics....most of them are shit. Not allowed to use flash at the Astoria...even though i sneaked a couple of shots *ahem* in. lol!!!

Some cunt pinched my passes....had to beg a rather pissed off lady for more. Still it's all good....I had a blast!

Oh and just how shitty is it backstage there? It's crap!

Thanks guys...you yet again entertained me big time. Jonny and Pete gay love was worth the travelling time alone.

OH MY GOD!!! the rasmus gig last night was awesome!!! save ourselves rocked. the rasmus are a very hard act to beat. before i went i had never heard or them and i just thought they would be one of those crappy support bands, but as soon as we went in you couldn't help but take them seriously. you could tell they were good just by the fact the bar was empty and everyone was on the floor. i know most Rasmus fans wouldn't noramally listen to them but i think they managed to convert a hell of a lot of us !! well done guys

hmmm im gna go agaisnt what everyone has said, and voice my honest opinion of last nights gig.
Save ourselves rockd!! i paid 25 to get in, and only saw half of the set but was amazed cos they fukin ruled the show. Luke flew into the drums which was hilarious. Was amazing and worth the 25 alone.
As for the rasmus.... didnt like them before i went in.. and the gig made me realise y i dnt like them. In my opinion any band that sit down and play 4 acoustic songs in a row at a rock gig are not good! as for covering a radiohead song... wel you just dont do it!! Rasmus singer with his feathers in his hair looked like an ugly duckling and they referred to themsleves as the RASHMOOSE :S
At least save ourselves were there to keep me happy.

Loved SOS at Brighton. Best bit was Luke announcing in the last song they'd be at the merchandise stall afterwards and the poor merch guy Dave tearing his hair out! Lots of signing of autographs etc. Don't forget Luke that we need our arses signing so we can get them tattooed... (Rasmus fans will probably know what I mean)

5 fookin hours to get from Leicester to London and missed SOS totally at the Astoria. I was not a happy bunny. Missed the drum incident. Anyone video it? Lauri and Aki were watching from the balcony, did Aki video it?

Mar i saw you at Astoria on monday!! I was right at the front to the right hand side and you were taking pics like all the time lol. Save Ourselves ruled, and The Rasmus were amazing! Lynn and Leah i saw you too! Got to meet Lauri, Aki, Pauli and Eero before the gig at a meet and greet, they're lovely guys!

hi people im a new member and yesterday i was in academy one for the rasmus and i actually liked save ourselves and joined this forum. it was great yesterday and i think they rocked! ermm...bands vocalist ...luke i think threw me his guitar pick but i couldn't catch it!!! oh well! and is he a member of this forum too?
